Decadent Peanut Butter and Raspberry Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond milk @almondbreezeaus
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter @picspeanutbutter
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 TBS baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Heat milk up over low heat, add in peanut butter and stir until melted

  2. In separate bowl, sift together the remaining dry ingredients, then add the maple syrup and the peanut butter mixture, stir well to combine.

  3. Fold in raspberries at the very end, don’t over mix.

  4. Fill lined muffin cases about 2/3 full and bake for 15 min or until just cooked!
