One-Bowl Almond Butter Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup drippy almond butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup enjoy life foods chocolate chunks
  • 1/3 cup Cadbury Dairy Milk mini eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Combine all ingredients in one bowl following the ingredient order

  3. Spread into a lined 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper

  4. Bake for 22 minutes

  5. Option to sprinkle with flaky sea salt and let cool for 15 minutes

  6. Cut into pieces and enjoy

Notes

  1. This is a lighter dessert option with minimal sugar and is gluten-free and dairy-free except for the mini eggs
