Relax, Unwind, and Be Present: Choc Coated Peanut Butter Banana Splits

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup raw peanuts
  • 100 g dark chocolate, melted

Preparation

  1. Lay out a tray with a sheet of parchment paper.

  2. Cut each banana in half, and then cut each half lengthwise, resulting in 12 banana slices.

  3. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each banana split.

  4. Sprinkle raw peanuts over the peanut butter on each banana slice.

  5. Dip each banana slice into the melted chocolate.

  6. Arrange the chocolate-coated bananas onto the prepared tray.

  7. Place the tray in the refrigerator until the chocolate is completely set.

  8. Enjoy!
