Simple Crispy Chocolate Swirl Cookies

Ingredients

  • 250g salted butter
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • Chocolate rice for sprinkling

Preparation

  1. Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, and cornstarch.

  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

  3. Add egg yolk and vanilla paste, then beat briefly.

  4. Add the sifted mixture and mix until well combined.

  5. Shape the dough as desired.

  6. Sprinkle with chocolate rice.

  7. Bake at 160°C until cooked.
