Pandan Snow Princess Cookies

Ingredients

  • 230 g butter
  • 100 g margarine
  • 90 g powdered sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 350 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 50 g milk powder
  • 1 tsp pandan paste

Toppings

  • Donut icing
  • Milk powder

Preparation

  1. Beat butter and powdered sugar, add egg yolks. Beat until just combined, for a maximum of 2 minutes.

  2. Turn off the mixer, add pandan paste. Stir until even.

  3. Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients. Stir until well mixed with a wooden spoon.

  4. Shape as desired.

  5. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes at 140-150°C, adjusting for your oven.

  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with donut icing. Let it cool for a bit, then sprinkle again with donut icing and milk powder.
