Peach Jam Filled Cookies

Ingredients

  • 400 grams flour
  • 250 grams margarine
  • 2 tablespoons strained yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Filling

  • Finely chopped peach jam

Preparation

  1. Combine flour and powdered sugar, then add strained yogurt and margarine to make the dough.

  2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour to rest.

  3. Roll out the rested dough on parchment paper and shape it as desired.

  4. Place the prepared cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced apart.

  5. Bake in a preheated 160-degree Celsius oven until lightly colored.

  6. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the cooled cookies and serve.
