Easy Turkish Chickpea Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted chickpeas
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 cups flour
Preparation
First, process the chickpeas, oil, and powdered sugar in a food processor.
Then add the flour and knead to form a dough.
Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and place chickpeas on top.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes until done.
