Salty Sunflower Seed Cookies
Ingredients
- 125 grams butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1.5 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Enough flour
For the topping
- 2 egg yolks
- Sunflower seeds
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except flour thoroughly.
Gradually add flour until the dough is not too hard.
Roll out the dough between parchment paper to a thickness of at least 1/2 cm and cut with a desired mold or shape by hand.
Place on a baking sheet.
Brush with egg yolk.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
Bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius until lightly golden.
