Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled gf oats
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Make 8 cookies and top with a few extra chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt

  2. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes

  3. Let rest for another 10 minutes and enjoy
