Broiled Grapefruit with Fried Egg and Avocado Greens

Ingredients

  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • a little coconut oil
  • cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • protein greens
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Coat half a grapefruit with a little coconut oil.

  2. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the grapefruit.

  3. Broil in the oven for 5-6 minutes.

  4. Spoon out the grapefruit from the peel after broiling.

  5. Fry one egg in ghee.

  6. Place the fried egg on a bed of protein greens.

  7. Add half an avocado with red pepper flakes.

  8. Serve the meal together.
