Broiled Grapefruit with Fried Egg and Avocado Greens
Ingredients
- 1/2 grapefruit
- a little coconut oil
- cinnamon
- 1 egg
- ghee
- protein greens
- 1/2 avocado
- red pepper flakes
Preparation
Coat half a grapefruit with a little coconut oil.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the grapefruit.
Broil in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
Spoon out the grapefruit from the peel after broiling.
Fry one egg in ghee.
Place the fried egg on a bed of protein greens.
Add half an avocado with red pepper flakes.
Serve the meal together.
