Easy Cheesy Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 boxes (8.5 ounces each) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and oil together, then whisk in the milk and honey. Add in the cream-style corn, cheddar, and sour cream, and mix to combine. Stir the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix until just combined, being careful not to over-mix

  3. Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and cooked in the middle
