Easy Cheesy Cornbread
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 boxes (8.5 ounces each) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and oil together, then whisk in the milk and honey. Add in the cream-style corn, cheddar, and sour cream, and mix to combine. Stir the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix until just combined, being careful not to over-mix
Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and cooked in the middle
