Spicy Creamy Baked Jalapeno Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 oz diced jalapenos, drained
  • 4 oz diced green chilies
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine

  3. Transfer mixture to an 8x8 casserole dish or cast iron skillet and bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 35 minutes

  4. Serve with french bread, tortilla chips, or crackers
