Vegan Gluten-Free Pumpkin Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla or chocolate protein
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix together the ingredients until well combined using a hand mixer.
Line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
Bake for 38-40 minutes.
Let cool before slicing.
