Maple Glazed Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Ingredients
- Scallops
- Bacon
- Maple syrup
- Toothpicks
Preparation
Cook the bacon without letting it get too crispy
Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Add oil to a hot skillet and cook the scallops for 3 minutes per side without overcrowding
Remove from heat and wrap each scallop with bacon, securing with a toothpick
Drizzle with maple syrup

You can cook the bacon ahead of time
Do not let the bacon get too crispy to make wrapping easier
