Maple Glazed Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Ingredients

  • Scallops
  • Bacon
  • Maple syrup
  • Toothpicks

Preparation

  1. Cook the bacon without letting it get too crispy

  2. Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt and pepper

  3. Add oil to a hot skillet and cook the scallops for 3 minutes per side without overcrowding

  4. Remove from heat and wrap each scallop with bacon, securing with a toothpick

  5. Drizzle with maple syrup
