Steamed and Fried Chicken Tofu Patties
Ingredients
- 2 pieces chicken
- 3 pieces firm tofu
- 4 pieces egg tofu
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- Carrot
- Soup greens
- Maggi seasoning powder to taste
Preparation
Blend the chicken, firm tofu, egg tofu, and eggs until smooth.
Transfer to a container and mix with Maggi seasoning powder, carrot, onion, and soup leaves.
Pour into a ring mold and steam for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the mold, dip in egg, and fry until golden brown.
