Steamed and Fried Chicken Tofu Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken
  • 3 pieces firm tofu
  • 4 pieces egg tofu
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • Carrot
  • Soup greens
  • Maggi seasoning powder to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend the chicken, firm tofu, egg tofu, and eggs until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a container and mix with Maggi seasoning powder, carrot, onion, and soup leaves.

  3. Pour into a ring mold and steam for about 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from the mold, dip in egg, and fry until golden brown.
