Fried Rice and Egg Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • spring onion
  • diced onion
  • diced sausage
  • diced red chili (optional)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • three flavors seasoning (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour

For frying

  • oil

Preparation

  1. Break the eggs and add salt, pepper, three flavors seasoning, and beat together

  2. Add wheat flour and beat again to combine with the eggs

  3. Add rice, sausage, red chili, spring onion, diced onion, and carrot

Frying method

  1. Heat the pan and add a little oil, spread it around

  2. When the oil is hot, scoop the mixture and shape into balls

  3. Flip when cooked

  4. When both sides are done, remove and serve with chili sauce

Tips

  1. You can also add mozzarella cheese if desired
