Malaysian Village Style Fried Rice
Ingredients
- Rice
- Fried anchovies
- Pounded bird's eye chili
- 3 cloves pounded garlic
- Sliced onion
- Water spinach
- Shrimp paste
- Oyster sauce
- Fish sauce
- Egg
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the pounded ingredients and cook.
Add shrimp paste and stir evenly.
Add oyster sauce.
Break in the egg and stir until slightly crispy.
Add rice and mix well over high heat.
Add fish sauce and mix evenly.
Add fried anchovies and water spinach.
Turn off the heat.
