Spicy Fried Rice with Dried Chilies
Ingredients
- rice
- dried chilies (soak first)
- anchovies
- garlic
- shallots
- shrimp paste
- long beans
- meatballs
Preparation
Soak the dried chilies in water first.
Crush the soaked dried chilies with garlic and shallots.
Add shrimp paste and crush coarsely.
Heat oil and fry anchovies, then set aside.
Add the crushed ingredients and sauté until fragrant.
Add rice, meatballs, and long beans.
Season with salt, add the fried anchovies, turn off heat, and it's done.
