Indonesian Seafood Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 portions rice
  • 50 grams FiberCreme
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 squid
  • 100 grams shrimp
  • 1 char siu chicken thigh
  • 2 fish balls
  • 50 grams petai
  • 3 red chilies
  • soy sauce
  • salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste
  • shallots

Preparation

  1. Clean the squid, shrimp, and petai and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add 2 cloves minced garlic and eggs, stir-fry briefly, then add squid and shrimp, add a little salt, then add char siu chicken and fish balls, stir-fry until fragrant, remove and set aside.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry 3 cloves garlic until fragrant, add rice, FiberCreme, petai, and red chilies.

  4. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste, stir well.

  5. Add the previously stir-fried mixture of eggs, squid, shrimp, char siu chicken, and fish balls, stir well.

  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sliced shallots, and serve.
