Spicy Stir-Fried Anchovies with Chilies
Ingredients
- 200g anchovies
- 150g red onion
- Green chili peppers to taste
- Red chili peppers to taste
- Curly red chili to taste
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
Preparation
Fry the anchovies until crispy, then remove and drain. Set aside.
Sauté the red onion until slightly wilted, then add the chilies and sliced kaffir lime leaves, and cook briefly. After that, add the shrimp paste and mix well.
Finally, add the anchovies and stir until well combined. Remove from heat and serve with hot rice.
