Super Tasty Corn Chowder with Avocado Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 150g of corn
  • 50ml cream
  • 250ml water
  • 1 tbsp @littlelunchsoup classic broth
  • avocado and sour cream for topping

Preparation

  1. Roast small cut onions and potatoes.

  2. Add water and let it boil for a bit.

  3. Blend half of the corn with the cream and add it to the pot with the other vegetables.

  4. Add the broth and let it boil a bit longer.

  5. Top with the remaining corn, avocado, and sour cream.
