Blueberry Muffin Overnight Proats
Ingredients
- Oats
- Chia seeds
- Frozen blueberries
- Vanilla protein powder (or vanilla extract)
- Non-dairy milk of choice
- Fresh blueberries
- Strawberries
- Banana
- Almond butter
Preparation
In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, frozen blueberries, vanilla protein powder (or vanilla extract), and non-dairy milk of choice. Mix well.
Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight or for a few hours in the morning.
When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and top with fresh blueberries, strawberries, banana slices, and almond butter.
