Blueberry Muffin Overnight Proats

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Chia seeds
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Vanilla protein powder (or vanilla extract)
  • Non-dairy milk of choice
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Banana
  • Almond butter

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, frozen blueberries, vanilla protein powder (or vanilla extract), and non-dairy milk of choice. Mix well.

  2. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight or for a few hours in the morning.

  3. When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and top with fresh blueberries, strawberries, banana slices, and almond butter.
