Chocolate Protein Bourbon Biscuit Oat Cake

Ingredients

  • 55g oats
  • 10g chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 40g dark chocolate vegan blend
  • enough water to make thick oats
  • 5g cacao powder
  • 10g powdered peanut butter
  • some water for layering
  • 1 chocolate biscuit

Preparation

  1. Mix 5g cacao powder, 10g powdered peanut butter, and some water to form a chocolate peanut butter layer.

  2. Mix all the main ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Place the mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes.

  4. Place in the fridge overnight.

  5. Flip onto a plate in the morning.

  6. Top with the chocolate peanut butter layer and one chocolate biscuit.
