Chocolate Protein Bourbon Biscuit Oat Cake
Ingredients
- 55g oats
- 10g chia seeds or flax seeds
- 40g dark chocolate vegan blend
- enough water to make thick oats
- 5g cacao powder
- 10g powdered peanut butter
- some water for layering
- 1 chocolate biscuit
Preparation
Mix 5g cacao powder, 10g powdered peanut butter, and some water to form a chocolate peanut butter layer.
Mix all the main ingredients together in a bowl.
Place the mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Flip onto a plate in the morning.
Top with the chocolate peanut butter layer and one chocolate biscuit.
