Crunchy Cornflakes Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars
Ingredients
- 3 cups cornflakes
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 50g melted chocolate for topping
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine peanut butter and agave syrup (or honey). Melt the mixture over low heat, stirring until it reaches a creamy consistency.
Add the cornflakes to the peanut butter mixture and stir until well coated.
Place the mixture in the form of a bar on a sheet of baking paper. Allow it to cool down until the mixture hardens.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate.
Once the bars have cooled and solidified, drizzle or spread the melted chocolate over the top for garnish.
Cut the bars into desired pieces.
