Healthy Oat Crepes with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oat flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • Dash of vanilla extract or coffee
  • Stevia and cinnamon to taste

Toppings

  • 1 banana, or strawberries or other berries for lighter version
  • 1 tablespoon light nutella, or mix nut butter with unsweetened cocoa and stevia or sugar-free chocolate syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to form a batter

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat

  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and cook until golden on both sides, flipping once

  4. Serve with desired toppings
