Healthy Oat Crepes with Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oat flour
- 2 egg whites
- Pinch of baking powder
- Dash of vanilla extract or coffee
- Stevia and cinnamon to taste
Toppings
- 1 banana, or strawberries or other berries for lighter version
- 1 tablespoon light nutella, or mix nut butter with unsweetened cocoa and stevia or sugar-free chocolate syrup
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to form a batter
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and cook until golden on both sides, flipping once
Serve with desired toppings
