Gingerbread Oats Breakfast with Fruit Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • gingerbread spice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 date

Toppings

  • thinned out date syrup
  • chia
  • blueberries
  • banana
  • raspberries
  • granola

Preparation

  1. Mash 1/2 banana.

  2. Combine oats, almond milk, gingerbread spice, mashed banana, and date in a pot.

  3. Cook over stove top until thick.

  4. Thin out date syrup as desired.

  5. Pour the thinned date syrup over the cooked oats.

  6. Add chia, blueberries, banana, raspberries, and granola on top.
