Gingerbread Oats Breakfast with Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- gingerbread spice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 date
Toppings
- thinned out date syrup
- chia
- blueberries
- banana
- raspberries
- granola
Preparation
Mash 1/2 banana.
Combine oats, almond milk, gingerbread spice, mashed banana, and date in a pot.
Cook over stove top until thick.
Thin out date syrup as desired.
Pour the thinned date syrup over the cooked oats.
Add chia, blueberries, banana, raspberries, and granola on top.
