Overnight Oats with Strawberries and Coconut
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 date
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- strawberries
- coconut
- cacao nibs
- nut butter
Preparation
Mash the date and banana.
Mix all base ingredients together.
Place the mixture in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top with strawberries, coconut, cacao nibs, and nut butter.
