Homemade Almond Flour Cashew Butter Treats
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
- 1 tbsp milk of choice (optional)
Frosting
- 1/3 cup coconut butter
- Red/green sprinkles
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients (besides frosting) until smooth.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and evenly spread dough across bottom. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
Pour coconut butter evenly over top. Add sprinkles. Refrigerate until hardened. Cut into 16 or more pieces and enjoy.
Keep in the refrigerator or freezer.
