No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pretzel Bombs
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp sugar in the raw (or coconut sugar)
- 3 tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter)
- 1 tbsp cashew milk (or any milk)
- 2 tbsp vegan dark chocolate chips
- gluten free mini pretzels
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together except for pretzels.
Use a small cookie scooper to place the mixture on a sheet lined with parchment paper; this should make about 8 bombs.
Place the pretzels on top and press lightly.
Enjoy as soon as possible or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
For best results, eat with a glass of homemade cashew milk.
