No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pretzel Bombs

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar in the raw (or coconut sugar)
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 tbsp cashew milk (or any milk)
  • 2 tbsp vegan dark chocolate chips
  • gluten free mini pretzels

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together except for pretzels.

  2. Use a small cookie scooper to place the mixture on a sheet lined with parchment paper; this should make about 8 bombs.

  3. Place the pretzels on top and press lightly.

  4. Enjoy as soon as possible or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

  5. For best results, eat with a glass of homemade cashew milk.
