Oil-Free Sweet Potato Fries with Lemon and Tahini
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- Himalayan sea salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 lemon

- Hemp hearts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scrub the sweet potato and slice it in half lengthwise, then cut into large vertical wedges about 1/2 inch thick. Leave the skin on or remove as desired.
Arrange the sweet potato wedges on the baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven, plate the fries, drizzle with tahini and freshly squeezed lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with hemp hearts if desired.
