Purple Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 small or 1/2 large Frieda's Produce purple sweet potato, baked, then frozen, and broken into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Spread the Love Unsalted Almond Butter (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1/3 cup Edward & Sons Canned Coconut Milk (more as needed to blend)
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • optional: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.

  3. Pour into a bowl.

  4. Top with coconut flakes and a drizzle of almond butter.
