Purple Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 small or 1/2 large Frieda's Produce purple sweet potato, baked, then frozen, and broken into chunks
- 1 tablespoon Spread the Love Unsalted Almond Butter (plus more for drizzling)
- 1/3 cup Edward & Sons Canned Coconut Milk (more as needed to blend)
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- optional: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Preparation
Add ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
Pour into a bowl.
Top with coconut flakes and a drizzle of almond butter.
