Single Serve Loaded Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbs coconut sugar
  • 2 tbs coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbs chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • mix ins! (e.g. crushed oreos, choc chips and peanut butter in the centre)

Preparation

  1. Cream together sugar and coconut oil

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and form into a big cookie

  3. Place cookie in the freezer (to prevent spreading) while your oven preheats to 180°c

  4. Keep cookie in freezer for 10-30 minutes

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes and leave to cool at room temperature (or eat it hot straight out of the oven)
