Single Serve Loaded Cookie
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbs coconut sugar
- 2 tbs coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tbs chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- mix ins! (e.g. crushed oreos, choc chips and peanut butter in the centre)
Preparation
Cream together sugar and coconut oil
Stir in remaining ingredients and form into a big cookie
Place cookie in the freezer (to prevent spreading) while your oven preheats to 180°c
Keep cookie in freezer for 10-30 minutes
Bake for 8-10 minutes and leave to cool at room temperature (or eat it hot straight out of the oven)
