Blueberry Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 60g pea protein powder (or whey protein if you’re not avoiding dairy)
- 150ml soya milk (or any milk)
- 1 handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 large bananas mashed
- 1 tbsp each of chia seeds and ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp each of vanilla seeds and baking powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and then bake in the oven for 30mins on 180 degrees
