Vegan Blueberry Banana Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 60g pea protein powder (or whey protein if you’re not avoiding dairy)
- 150ml soya milk (or any milk)
- 1 handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 large bananas mashed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
