Vegan Blueberry Banana Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 60g pea protein powder (or whey protein if you’re not avoiding dairy)
  • 150ml soya milk (or any milk)
  • 1 handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 large bananas mashed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
