Blueberry Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 60g pea protein powder (or whey protein if you’re not avoiding dairy)
  • 150ml soya milk (or any milk)
  • 1 handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 large bananas mashed
  • 1 tbsp each of chia seeds and ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp each of vanilla seeds and baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together and then bake in the oven for 30mins on 180 degrees
