Red Smoothie with Pineapple and Spinach Blend

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • handful of spinach
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 large beet
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour into a jar and enjoy the smoothie.
