Air Fryer Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes
Ingredients
- 100g self-raising flour
- 50g pumpkin purée
- 30g yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Cinnamon sugar or sweetener for rolling
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir so the mixture clumps together.
Use your hands to create a dough ball.
Pinch chunks off the dough and roll into 9 golf ball-sized pieces.
Place in an air fryer set to 180°C on air fry mode for 5 minutes.
Roll in cinnamon sugar while hot. Optionally, drizzle with coconut oil first to help it stick.
Eat straight away.
Notes
For gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour and add 1/3 teaspoon xanthan gum.
For vegan version, use soya yoghurt.
