Air Fryer Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes

Ingredients

  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 50g pumpkin purée
  • 30g yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Cinnamon sugar or sweetener for rolling

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir so the mixture clumps together.

  2. Use your hands to create a dough ball.

  3. Pinch chunks off the dough and roll into 9 golf ball-sized pieces.

  4. Place in an air fryer set to 180°C on air fry mode for 5 minutes.

  5. Roll in cinnamon sugar while hot. Optionally, drizzle with coconut oil first to help it stick.

  6. Eat straight away.

Notes

  1. For gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour and add 1/3 teaspoon xanthan gum.

  2. For vegan version, use soya yoghurt.
