Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 2 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tap cinnamon
  • 1 flax egg
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Chuck all of the ingredients into a blender until smooth.

  3. Then mix in your chocolate chips.

  4. Put the batter into a lined muffin tin.

  5. Bake them for 15 minutes.

  1. They are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and vegan.
