Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 2 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tap cinnamon
- 1 flax egg
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Chuck all of the ingredients into a blender until smooth.
Then mix in your chocolate chips.
Put the batter into a lined muffin tin.
Bake them for 15 minutes.
