Easy Breakfast Hash with Pork
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ITALIAN blend
- 2 to 3 pinches of ground cinnamon
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and shredded, or 1 (12-ounce) bag preshredded Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 teaspoon TRIFECTA blend
- 2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled, for serving (optional)
Preparation
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Place the pork in the hot skillet, season with ITALIAN blend and cinnamon, and stir to incorporate. Cook the meat for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
Add the Brussels sprouts, season with TRIFECTA blend, and continue cooking for another 8 to 10 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts have softened and the meat is cooked through.
Sprinkle the goat cheese on top before serving, if desired.
