Healthy Vegan Blondies Dessert

Ingredients

  • 260g peanut butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 130g maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp ground flax mixed with 4 tbsp hot water (to form a flax egg)
  • 150g vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line an 8x5 inch baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl.

  3. Add the chopped chocolate to the bowl and combine.

  4. Spoon the mixture into the baking tray and bake for 18 minutes.

  5. Eat immediately for the melted chocolate goodness. They are also amazing when cold.
