Super Easy Doughnut Holes

Ingredients

  • 3 heaped tbsp self-raising flour (or all-purpose flour with 1/2 tsp baking powder)
  • 2 tbsp plain or vanilla yogurt
  • Sprinkle of any sugar
  • Drizzle of coconut oil

Variations

  • For vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt
  • For gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour and add a pinch of xanthan gum

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 200 fan or 425 Fahrenheit or gas mark 7

  2. Put flour and yogurt into a bowl and mix with a spoon until it clumps together

  3. Then use your hands to create a dough ball

  4. Pull off three chunks and roll them into balls in the palm of your hand

  5. Put them on a baking tray and oven bake for 10 minutes

  6. While they are still hot, drizzle over coconut oil and roll them in sugar and eat immediately
