Super Easy Doughnut Holes
Ingredients
- 3 heaped tbsp self-raising flour (or all-purpose flour with 1/2 tsp baking powder)
- 2 tbsp plain or vanilla yogurt
- Sprinkle of any sugar
- Drizzle of coconut oil
Variations
- For vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt
- For gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour and add a pinch of xanthan gum
Preparation
Pre-heat your oven to 200 fan or 425 Fahrenheit or gas mark 7
Put flour and yogurt into a bowl and mix with a spoon until it clumps together
Then use your hands to create a dough ball
Pull off three chunks and roll them into balls in the palm of your hand
Put them on a baking tray and oven bake for 10 minutes
While they are still hot, drizzle over coconut oil and roll them in sugar and eat immediately
