Homemade Pretzels with Yogurt Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free 1:1 baking flour or all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Melted butter (for topping)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375F and spray or line a baking sheet.

  2. Whisk together the flour and baking powder, then stir in the yogurt.

  3. Use your hands to form a dough ball, cut into 6 equal pieces, and roll into pretzel shapes.

  4. Top with melted butter, dip into your chosen topping, and bake for 13 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. Optional toppings include sprinkles or 'everything but the bagel' seasoning.
