Vegan Baked Potatoes with Bravas Sauce
Ingredients
- 10-15 new potatoes
- 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
Bravas sauce
- 3 tbsp of vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of soaked cashews
- 1/8 cup of plant milk
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Start by boiling the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Once the potatoes are done cooking, cut them into cubes, transfer them to a baking tray, coat them with the olive oil, and season with a generous amount of salt and pepper to taste.
Bake them until crispy and golden brown.
While the potatoes are baking, make the brava sauce by adding all the sauce ingredients to a hand mixer and mixing until creamy and smooth.
Serve the potatoes with lots of sauce and enjoy.
