Banana and Raspberry Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 150g any oats
  • 9 tbsp any yoghurt
  • 10 tbsp boiling water
  • 2 handfuls raspberries
  • 1 banana (150g, the browner the better)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven 200C/ 400F/ gas 6.

  2. Mash banana.

  3. Put boiling water, oats, lemon juice & baking powder in a bowl & stir with a spoon to thicken.

  4. Add yoghurt, seeds & mashed banana into the bowl & gently stir In berries with a spoon.

  5. Pour mix into a lined 6 or 8 inch cake tin.

  6. Bake in the oven for around 30 mins.

  7. Slice & serve with extra yoghurt & fruit.
