Banana and Raspberry Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 150g any oats
- 9 tbsp any yoghurt
- 10 tbsp boiling water
- 2 handfuls raspberries
- 1 banana (150g, the browner the better)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Pre-heat oven 200C/ 400F/ gas 6.
Mash banana.
Put boiling water, oats, lemon juice & baking powder in a bowl & stir with a spoon to thicken.
Add yoghurt, seeds & mashed banana into the bowl & gently stir In berries with a spoon.
Pour mix into a lined 6 or 8 inch cake tin.
Bake in the oven for around 30 mins.
Slice & serve with extra yoghurt & fruit.
