Loaded Peanut Butter and Jelly Oat Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon full fat coconut milk
- half a banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- seeds and granola to garnish (optional)
Preparation
Cook the oatmeal with half the banana
In the meantime cook the grapes and blueberries with a teaspoon of water on low until it becomes a compote
Mix in the coconut milk to the oats for creaminess
Serve oatmeal with the remaining garnishes and pour the compote over your oatmeal
