Loaded Peanut Butter and Jelly Oat Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon full fat coconut milk
  • half a banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • seeds and granola to garnish (optional)

Preparation

  1. Cook the oatmeal with half the banana

  2. In the meantime cook the grapes and blueberries with a teaspoon of water on low until it becomes a compote

  3. Mix in the coconut milk to the oats for creaminess

  4. Serve oatmeal with the remaining garnishes and pour the compote over your oatmeal
