Baked Adobo Cauliflower Tacos
Ingredients
- Almond flour tortillas
- Hummus
- Shredded purple cabbage
- Cauliflower
- Sriracha
- Micro greens
- Olive oil for drizzling
- 1-2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Wash and chop the cauliflower.
Spread the cauliflower on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with 1-2 teaspoons adobo seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Assemble the tacos with desired toppings.
