Bbq Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • @purefarmland protein starters
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • fresh green onion and sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a pan, add your @purefarmland protein starters, break it up into small pieces, and cook for 12 minutes

  2. Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 1 tsp sriracha, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger

  3. Cut up 1 cup pineapple into small chunks

  4. Add sauce to protein starters on stove, then add pineapple, turn heat to low and let cook through for two minutes then turn off heat

  5. Serve over white rice, add fresh green onion and sesame seeds on top
