Buckwheat/spinach/kidney Bean Burger Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked buckwheat
  • 1 can of kidney beans (mashed)
  • 1 cup frozen/defrosted chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Mix together

  2. Add 1 tbsp ground flax seed and seasonings of choice (I did garlic powder and mustard seed powder). Mix again until fully combined

  3. Scoop or form into mini balls and place on a parchment-lined baking tray

  4. Bake at 400F for ~15 mins

  5. You can switch it up and use any cooked grain, any type of bean, and any veg!)
