Chargrilled Vegetable & Cheese Tart
Ingredients
- 1/2 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
- 1/2 tub MozzaRisella classic cheese
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
- A few pieces of chargrilled pepper & tomato
- Handful of chickpeas
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Cut a rectangle of puff pastry and use a fork to prick the center in several places (to prevent it from rising), leaving the edges intact.
Spread a few generous spoonfuls of MozzaRisella classic cheese on the pastry.
Add the chopped garlic, red onion, pieces of chargrilled pepper and tomato, and scatter the chickpeas over the cheese.
Drizzle the tart with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
For a shiny crust, mix a little plant milk with maple syrup and brush it over the edges of the pastry.
Place the tart on a nonstick baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
