Easy Beetroot Hummus Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 can cooked chickpeas
- 150g cooked beetroot
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of about 1/2 lemon (add more to taste)
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Adjust lemon juice and salt to taste based on preference.
