Easy Beetroot Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can cooked chickpeas
  • 150g cooked beetroot
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of about 1/2 lemon (add more to taste)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Adjust lemon juice and salt to taste based on preference.
