Classic Homemade Hummus with Simple Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (squeezed and pulp included)
  • garlic to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • smoked paprika

Preparation

  1. Use a food processor to purée all the ingredients together.

  2. Serve with additional olive oil and paprika.

  3. Optionally add other herbs or spices as desired.
