Classic Homemade Hummus with Simple Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (squeezed and pulp included)
- garlic to taste
- salt and pepper
- smoked paprika
Preparation
Use a food processor to purée all the ingredients together.
Serve with additional olive oil and paprika.
Optionally add other herbs or spices as desired.
