Easy Vegan Stir-Fry Bowl
Ingredients
- small shallot
- garlic
- Hodos Curry Nuggets
- Trader Joe’s Holiday Vegetable blend
- Seeds of Change Quinoa and Brown Rice
- bit of vegetable stock
- few handful of greens
Sauce
- tahini
- lemon juice
- tamari
- touch of maple syrup
- warm water
Preparation
Saute a small shallot and garlic.
Add the Holiday Vegetable blend, quinoa and brown rice, and curry nuggets.
Add a bit of vegetable stock to help soften.
Add a few handful of greens.
Whip up a simple sauce with tahini, lemon juice, tamari, a touch of maple syrup, and warm water.
Notes
